I don't think that tech is cerberus, but I gotcha. Jugo could always evade with hiding like a mole though.

Him being a close-range fighter makes him more susceptible to being caught based on the fact that he's going to get within range of Jirobo if he wants to attack him which leaves him vulnerable. I'm assuming that's what he's trying to explain here.

Well i think that with it's war power Kiba could aim it at the ground and pierce it to some extent. It depends on how deep Jirobo is when he uses the jutsu.

His only feat with hiding like a mole is not really good, since as the ground was literally breaking as he traveled under it, we can assume he is not far under the surface, and that's an advantage because he can be located with more ease, and, a few layers of earth wont protect him from Sotoro

Proof already started to answer this, but piggybacking off what he said, he emerged from the earth lifting a massive boulder silently. That earthquake was him throwing them to the ground before re-positioning and attacking.

false. In order for 2 head wolf to work he has to put his sent on his opponent. If that doesn't happen then the tech is useless, since he cant aim it. jirobo isnt getting peed on before he puts kiba in the dome, and if he uses double wolf to get out of the dome he's gonna be out of chakra and in no shape to fight jirobo.

That isn't a requirement to use the jutsu. That is only needed to pinpoint the target while the jutsu is being executed. Within the dome, he doesn't need to pinpoint anything. Kiba won't have any chakra after? Based on what? He cannonically carries soldier pills anyways.
