Sasuke has the means of taking out some of the Paths due to having V4 Susano'o, Amaterasu, and Susano'o Arrow with Amaterasu not only being used just offensively, but used as a means to trap the Paths making them easy to kill using Susano'o.

However, I don't see Sasuke resisting Pain's Boss-Sized ST, so he loses mid-diff.

You have to take into acct the Lotus Blast (Juugo Blast that almost killed Raikage), Chains, and Water Dragon, which ultimately, should edge it out.
