And if Orochimaru were to die from the attacks after that seal, Oral Rebirth would automatically activate as shown when he died in Kabuto's flashback.

We don't know the limits of Danzō's regular Genjutsu, might as well not bring it up.

He got bisected, this is having his entire body cut so that even snakes can't be survivors since the attack covers his whole body. I don't believe he's invulnerable in this sense as people are suggesting.

He IS the Hydra. His consciousness is within the Cursed Seals. Now where's the proof he can survive an attack that pretty much makes contact with his entire body given its size and thus no surviving snake will be present?

If there's body parts, snakes can form.

Orochimaru doesn't need his body parts to be connected in any sense to utilize his 'recovery' techniques. When he got bisected, his lower body wasn't connected to his upper body (which by normal means should be considered a 'control unit'), yet still somehow Orochimaru made it release snakes to reattach him.

Same thing when he actually 'died', when Kabuto sliced open his throat, chest and severed his spine. Oro's brain was dead, his eye's went white and blank, yet he still used his Oral Rebirth.

Sadly, the extent of Oro's abilities is unknown to us, but going with manga panels, cutting Orochimaru in half or severing his body even more isn't something that would stop him from coming back. Especially when he showed an ability to transport his insides to his private dimension to reduce internal damage his human shell would take.
