whats the difference between fresh MS sasuke and peak MS sasuke,he spammed his MS techniques,he didnt have his MS for a long time,so his speed didnt change dramatically,all versions of MS sasuke are inferior in speed against itachi
Speed is speed, hand seals or not itachi was faster then sasuke before rinnengan, idk how the evolution of MS to EMS effects the speed of a charachter? Where does that say? EMS means that the user can use the MS jutsus without the drawbacks and blindness.

Itachi has never shown any fast speed attacks or dodging like Hebi sasuke alone already has done. Are you gonna tell me that itachi could evade the Raikage's attack? Why are you bringing up the fight sasuke vs killer bee? Sasuke was obviously faster and even dodged that lariat cloak attack from bee in the air. Also sasuke couldn't kill bee because they needed him alive. Otherwise he would have just stomped him with susanoo and amaterasu like he did in the end. Sasuke is probably the only sword fighter that could even match killer bee that had like 8 swords. I think we are clearly reading a different naruto thing. I'm reading the masashi kishimoto manga naruto while you're reading some fanfics on the internet.
uhuh thats why sasuke needed itachi to save him from muuki tensei, and thats why itachi shuunshined behind bee and had to tell him and yet you say itachi cant dodge the raikages punch,when clearly itachi is better in reflexes,thats not even debatable

This doesn't make any sense. Everyone can be 100% sure that itachi was MUCH faster than sasuke during their fight, but how does ems Sasuke surpass his speed? It's been like... A month in their time? There's no way and there's no feats to support that. Sasuke in shippuden at every point is slower than itachi. Gaiden is unknown.
Of course this isn't counting his teleport.

Ems sasuke is NOT faster, at least not by any noticeable amount, than ms sasuke; I don't know why the hell some people think that.

I agree with that. But I meant natural foot speed, not shunshin, plus I'm sure even after 3 tomoe that training with sharingan can improve its precog abilities as well as the users reaction time.
We should also remember that ms sasuke NEVER got to rest at any point, and was always rushing into the next fight half-baked, so it's safe to say his fighting was somewhat watered down until he rested while adjusting to ems.

Shunshin is natural foot speed for ninjas. Naruto is the only one who doesn't use natural foot speed/shunshin because of his chakra cloak boost those aspects. Itachi is godly fast. For someone with only MS he blitzed BEe and fought on par with KCM naruto in taijutusu. However EMS Sasuke saved Naruto fromm a juubi jin blitz and fought on par with him as the battle went. The only reason I would put Itachi on EMS Sasuke level because he fought KCM Naruto in tai. However Sasuke went up against a Juubi Jin and kept up with the speedsters just fine.

Sasuke's chakra got boosted with all the upgrades. And within those upgrades, his chakra matured with passage of time and usage of powers. So of course there is a difference between fresh MS Sasuke and peak MS Sasuke. Peak MS Sasuke has more matured chakra reserves which boosted his speed.
MS Sasuke is inferior to Itachi in speed, but EMS Sasuke surpasses Itachi.
LOL! This is a dead wrong logic... Hand seal speed or jutsu speed =/= foot speed =/= reflexes. All are different kinds of speed.
EMS boosts the users chakra reserves i.e. strengthens it. And then the chakra matures further as the power develops. That results in speed boost, because chakra = physical energy + spiritual energy. Boost in chakra = boost in physical energy and spiritual energy.
Itachi was much faster than Sasuke during their fight because Itachi > 3T Sasuke in speed. Everyone knows that.
but Peak EMS Sasuke > Fresh EMS Sasuke > Peak MS Sasuke > Fresh MS Sasuke > 3T Sasuke in speed. So that parallels the difference.
Itachi >> 3T Sasuke
Itachi > MS Sasuke
Itachi >= Peak MS Sasuke
Itachi = Fresh EMS Sasuke
Itachi < Peak EMS Sasuke
EMS Sasuke has significantly more boosted chakra reserves, so of course he's faster than MS Sasuke. He was keeping up with the likes of BSM Naruto and Juubito. That feat is enough to put him above Itachi.
KCM Naruto wasn't fighting with his full strength and speed against Itachi. So saying Itachi fought on par with KCM Naruto is pointless because Naruto adjusted his speed to Itachi's level so of course, he'll fight on Naruto's level. And EMS Sasuke kept up with BSM Naruto, saved him from Juubito's blitz. That puts him above Itachi easily.
Fresh EMS Sasuke (against Kabuto) = Itachi
Peak EMS Sasuke (against Juubito) > Itachi

The only thing that helped Sasuke in fighting really fast people is the fact that his chokoe tomoe.
But Itachi insights and ability to read people's souls is a reason why he's always one step ahead. By using that as his fightning style, he was able to out pace killerbee and Kcm naruto. He was also the fastest one in the cave against Dsm kabuto and with his brother EMS Sasuke, everyone else had a hard time keeping up with Itachi.
