Now I know at first it sounds ludicrous, probably at 2nd and 3rd too but hear me out. Vegapunk built the Pacifista using Kizaru's laser somehow and Franky incorporated that into his Radical Beam. Plus he has the plans from Vegapunk for the Pacifista most likely plus any of his other technologies and discoveries from that lab. Plus we have the introduction of that new wine stell that sounds like the metal equivalent of the Adam Tree wood. So Franky possibly has a super metal body, Kizaru's laser tech and possible information about it from Vegapunks research into how to weaponize it. Franky may just be the Ace up the sleeve against Kizaru. Now idk if he could win and definitely not yet but I think he may be at a natural advantage against Kizaru.

Because they described it as a super metal and Adam Tree wood is super durable, the way they made a point to mention this new metal makes it seem like its a big deal, it's probably what they new more durable upgraded Pacifistas will be made of. Surely there was a point in mentioning it. The point about the laser wasn't so much that he has it it's that the pacifista's use Kizaru's DF to power their laser somehow which may mean Vegapunk figured a defense to deal with the lasers, maybe either repelling/reflecting them or absorbing them and converting them to energy or something. Vegapunk may have found a way to nullify them by working with them and Franky found his lab is what I was getting at and yes I know it's a lot of hypotheticals and could be's but they'll need something big to handle his laser Floyd show.

Unless Franky gains top-tier attributes on the level of Yonko/Admirals then he is in no way ever fighting a top-tier so no matter what he uses hes getting negged, DF is not everything in a fight.

Franky could be the SH's ultimate weapon against devil fruit eaters. He is a cyborg which means he is made of metal why not use the sea stone which is devil fruit eaters kroptonyte to make some of his body his legs and arms at least. Then we would be able to fight anyone and win. Swords cant it so he would be able to defeat swordsman and he would be devil fruit eaters weakness

He can fight kisaru but acc. to series it seems sanji is proper match against his legs.But main problem is speed difference b/w the two.As franky fighting style is like a weapon machine.He launch weapon by standing still.But kisaru fight with speed of light or very fast speed.If franky had some kind of DF or strong haki to boost his weapon power which can help him to cover disadvantage.
