its sad yamato was one of my favorite characters then kishi totally nurfed him at the end. yamato could of been badass with the world shinobo alliance. it woulda been cool seeing him fight with kakashi and guy at full power

I know right after seeing him being taking controlled by tobi zetsu using shinsu senju budda he was clearly nerfed in most of his fights that for sure.

i wonder if yamato was capable of using the shinsi senju budda on his own? i know he uses it while under control by madara and sharing a body with white zetsu, but how about on his own??? im kinda leaning towards no because he never showed any feats anywhere near close. whatcha think?

I believe he can shinsu is basically just creating shape with wood element the way tobi zetsu was clinging towards yamato body i believe it was mostly his power, we've seen yamato create wood style transparent objects like sasori puppet like hiruko he would just need to do that again but on a much larger scale but i don't think it'll be as strong as him fused with tobi zetsu.

yeah I guess its possible to replicate the Buddha but I think what make hashi's so strong was his senjutsu.I guess it goes without saying yamatas Buddha wouldn't compare to the first's
