But that's not the point. Is the user's chakra inside of the eyeball? Yes. Ao proves that even if you want to completely ignore the Rinnegan example. Sasuke says he got Itachi's power (Something you love to ignore), thus he got Itachi's chakra. (Then there's the fact that chakra and power have been used interchangeably multiple times in the Manga)

The difference between this argument and the ems one is sasuke can't use itachi's jutsu. Danzo has doujutsu and chakra. If sasuke has itachi's chakra and eyes why cant he do what danzo does. Hence why gaining ems is different

Fusion of ocular powers so Sasukes chakra plus the chakra thats left in itachi's eye? I don't see how that would augment his power that much tbh. @bold Since there are different results different things are happening. Sasuke gets a boost in power the others don't. Others got chakra and jutsu

Hmm, let's see. He goes from using a V4 Susanoo to using a Perfect Susanoo the size of Naruto's Avatar. That requires a boost in chakra reserve and chakra potency. Besides, not sure how you can make a claim like that when you have no idea how much of Itachi's power that Sasuke got. But considering the resulting power from their little fusion is enough for him to note it how he did, I'd say that it isn't insignificant like you are trying to make it seem.

But then again him manifesting PS is proof enough that the boost is not small.

I guess you could say that, though it might be because of the fusion process itself along with the power he got from Itachi.
