I think Itachi stomps, but people say Kakashi with PS and both MS can win but for that he need the other sharingan from Obito and Hagarommos chakra, and thats what pissesme off. What do you guys think?

other way around.

Itachi needs to create eye contact for tsukuyomi(i.e. both looking into eachothers eyes)

All kakashi needs is to look at a body part.

Amidst the insight and hypnosis possessed by Sharingan, is a supreme genjutsu, born from the aforementioned hypnosis: Tsukuyomi. Once could say this is truly a God-given jutsu solely allowed to those blessed with Uchiha blood and prodigious aptitudes.
