Anyway, tell me in your own words, what ninjutsu is.

"Nin" means Ninja and "Jutsu" Techniques. So, basically Ninjutsu means Ninja techniques. Ninjutsu is a way to utilize one's chakra in a more effective way to achieve better results which would otherwise not be achieved. All the techniques performed by a ninja using his chakra are called Ninjutsu (Genjutsu and Taijutsu)Ninjutsu can be divided into many forms based on different scales.

| Simple Ninjutsu | usually known as just ninjutsu is a utilization of Chakra only by manipulating it's shape, power . Like Rasengan is formed by compression and rotation of chakra, while Chidori is formed by just the concetration of chakra at one point.​

| Elemental Ninjutsu | is achieved when along with shape of chakra the nature of chakra is also applied. It is further divided into Five basic categories.

Raiton | Achieved by applying lightning elements properties to chakra e.g Chidori
Suiton | Achieved by applying water elements properties to Chakra e.g Water Dragon
Fuuton | Achieved by applying properties of wind to chakra e.g Wind Rasengan, Rasen Shuriken
Doton | Achieved by applying Earth elements properties to chakra e.g Rock Fist jutsu
Katon | Achieved by applying Fire elements properties to chakra e.g Fire Ball jutsu​

There are further types which utilize two or more types of elements to form a whole new elements. And there jutsu also fall under Ninjutsu e.g Storm Release etc

Shuriken is a basic Ninja tools used by Shinobi. Shuriken is four edged star usually made of metal. The edges of shuriken are sharp just like a kunai or knife. Shuriken also has a hole in its center. this hole is used to grab the shuriken and also helps in better handling and throwing of shuriken. This shape of shuriken is designed to be such that it can be used for long range trajectories. Hole in the shuriken can also be used to tie it with some thread and control the shuriken mid air. Shuriken is efficiently used for cutting or piercing the opponent. The cutting and piercing properties of shuriken can greatly be enhanced by channeling it with elemental chakra.

Shuriken can be channeled with Katon, Fuuton, and Raiton chakra. If you want me I'll name the jutsu where this elemental chakra is added in them. All three chakra have different effect on shuriken. Fuuton chakra enhances the cutting power of shuriken. Whereas Raiton chakra enhances the piercing power of shuriken. Katon chakra is usually added to light some flammable substance, though it can also be used to cause burns on the opponents body.

Using a giant windmill shuriken, you'll then throw a second giant shuriken, making sure it flies in the shadow of the first shuriken. Description: With this technique a translucent string, both elastic and highly durable, is attached to a shuriken, making it possible to alter its path after having thrown it. Throw a shuriken with a thin, elastic, translucent wire attached to it that allows you to alter the path mid-flight. Particularly useful if you want to fake missing your target and strike them from behind.

Shadow Shuriken Technique |

Well this is a pretty useful technique, if used properly. As shown in manga and anime that even a shinobi as adept as Zabuza was taken by a surprise by this technique. You basically throw one shuriken towards your enemy and the a second one is thrown just behind it in a such a way that it stays above the shadow made by first shuriken. That way your opponent can wouldn't know that there are two shuriken.

Well in battle this technique is only useable when the opponent is not looking towards you, so that you can throw both the shurikens. If he is looking towards you then he will know that you threw two shurikens. Secondly it can be used when the opponent is restricted. Otherwise if an unrestricted opponent who is also not visibly blocked can easily evade both the shuriken by simple jumping above as for this jutsu to be used the shuriken has move in a straight line. And if one is evaded second one also gets evaded as it is in line with the first one. Or you can inhance you chances by using a substitution on a clone and using, like naruto did. But that is also impractical in NBase RP. since it would take up 3 moves and we are only allowed three moves per turn.

Well this technique is pretty self explanatory as user just increases the size of his shuriken to achieve a greater impact. I personally don't like this technique much as it doesn't pose much of a threat. It can easily be countered and avoided. it also doesn't have any surprise element. And one practical use could be to distract the opponent by having a clone use it and user himself use some other technique. But then again distraction can easily be done by simple kunai or shuriken. there isn't much need for a oversized shuriken.

This technique is a pretty interesting technique. Basically user ties his shuriken with a highly strong and elastic thread which is also translucent as opponent doesn't usually see the thread. This technique can be used for several different tactics like faking a strike on opponent. Missing an opponent purposely to make him think that he evaded it and then striking him from behind or side or above. Basically his technique can be countered easily if one wants to counter it, but it's the number of uses of this technique and the fact that the user continuously controls the shuriken with his hand movements makes it a very lethal tehcnique.

Shikamaru after listening to his Sensei, pulls out few paper tags from his back pocket. He starts focusing raw chakra into these tags. After a moment he places the tags on the tree beside him and channels chakra into tree via the paper tags. This causes paper tags to become hidden in the tree. The place where papers were placed by shikamaru looks completely clear as if nothing was placed there in the first place. The clone that his sensei had made earlier tried his best but couldn't find the paper tags.

As the sensei creates a clone, he quickly unrolls the scrolls under the clone and summons a variety of different weapons from them. This causes the clone to be sent into air above. Shikamaru then summons two chains from the same scrolls, these chains wrap around clones legs and knock him back down on the ground. The impact with the ground causes clone to disperse.

Shikamaru takes the scroll from sensei and starts waving it around him in the circle. Then as the sensei creates a clone shikamaru channels chakra into the scroll and manipulates it to convert it into a huge chain hammer with a giant ball of metal attached it's end. Shikamaru keeps on rotating the ball hammer in circle and hits the clone with it, which causes clone to disperse. After hitting the clone shikamaru stops rotating the metal ball hammer in circle and returns back to scroll again.

This jutsu also lets the user turn into fine grains of rock that can be used to do another jutsu. The issue with using this technique is that the user will gain all the weaknesses of the material they mimic, even if they are granted their strengths.

Touch any earthen material and by using your chakra have your body harden and take the properties of that material so that when my clone tries to punch you you will be undamaged.

After taking the scroll from sensei Shikamaru starts channeling raw chakra into the scroll and manipulates it to summon a long chain of iron. Shikamaru then takes this iron chain and rotates it above his head in a circle before throwing it towards the clone of sensei. The chain circulates around the clone and wraps around him. After that shikamaru takes out another scroll from his back pocket and manipulates it through his chakra to release several kunais appear from it moving in the direction of clone. This looks as if a rain of kunais is happening. The kunai hit the clone and make him disperse.

After that shikamaru summons one of his summoning toads and explains to him that he wants to perform a combined summoning. After that shikamaru and the toad both perform the transformation jutsu and convert themselves into a single raging bull.

After that shikamaru channels raw chakra through his hands and touches one of the rocks lying nearby. Doing this shikamaru also channels chakra into the rock and manipulates his own chakra within his body. This causes his body to take on the properties of rock and bock hard like. When the clone attacks the shikamaru, he is completely undamaged due to being hard like a rock. After that shikamaru punches the clone and makes him disperse.

After listening to Sensei's instruction shikamaru performs a clone. The both him and the clone performs transformation jutsu and transform into two beautiful sexy girls. These girls engage each other in a sexual manner.

After that shikamaru takes out nails from his pocket and throws them up in the air. Shikamaru then using his chakra manipulates the nails to drop on the ground tip first and plants them into the ground. As the clone moves on to the area where nails were buried, shikamaru causes few nails to protrude out of the ground and pass through the clones feet, pinning him down. Shikamaru the controls other nails to launch up and strike the clone. This causes clone to disperse.

After that shikamaru performs the hand seal that sensei taught him and releases a mist of small nails from his mouth towards the clone of sensei. This barrage of nails moves towards the cloen and strike him, punching several small holes through him, making him disperse.

(Kao Utsushi no Jutsu) - Face Copy Technique

Description: This technique allows the user to take on the body of their target. They must remain close to the one they want to copy for a short period of time. Their body will then shape and contort to resemble the target. The copy is said to be so good that even family members of the target cannot tell they are a fake. The user will even take on the smell of the original. Unfortunately, the user does not copy the targets jutsu, leaving them with only their original skills. Practitioners of this jutsu are also skilled in quickly taking on the mannerisms of the original person and playing up the character traits of their target. Through a regular Henge in combination, they can copy the clothing of the opponent. Their appearance will eventually change back to their original form after several days.

Description: A summoning technique meant almost exclusively for weapon's experts. To begin, the shinobi will remove two scrolls and set them on the ground, after forming the necessary hand seals, the two scroll rise into the air and begin to swirl around a middle vortex that is the user. They then use this space to launch themselves into the air between the spinning scrolls. From these scrolls the ninja can then summon a mass of weapons, which they then begin to throw at their opponent. If the first barrage fails, they can use wires that run from each weapon to their fingertips to pull them back into the air to strike at their opponent again.

Remove two scrolls and set them on the ground and do the hand signs *shows you* and use your chakra to have the scroll rise into the air and start swirling around you. Then summon a mass of weapons from the scrolls to throw at my clone and also use wires to have weapons that miss come back and hit my clone.
