- All of Itachis crow feats (I read in databook that crow techniques were originally his)
- 3 tomoe genjutsu on par with Itachi, maybe even better
- can use Gōkakyū
- fights with tanto as main weapon

list the strongest ninja he can beat. What tier is he? Rank his shunshin speed out of |Sasuke|Itachi|Ei|Minato|Tobirama|Gai|Naruto|Bee|Kakashi|. I'm talking bout base speed by the way. I don't really care much for enhancements. And which out of all of those can he beat, again everyone is in base. Make it a gauntlet thingy if you want.

Honestly, Danzo sucker punched him. It primarily involves a closed fist contacting the soft underbelly of a person (beneath the rib cage) at a high velocity, causing the ensuing force to press upward on the victim's diaphragm, leading to a sudden expulsion of air from the victim's mouth and lungs. This opening blow leaves the victim open to various other attacks, often leading to what would be called "***** moves" because of the defenseless nature of the victim.

You mean Danzō the ninja used an "unfair" move against Shisui the ninja, so it doesn't count?

Hard to say.

He was said to be a rival to 13 yr old Itachi from what I could remember though likely a bit weaker than that seeing as how it wasn't exactly questioned when it was believed that Itachi killed Shisui.

Though with his haxed Genjutsu, he could likely defeat many high level ninja, including Orochimaru.
