Why was Momoniski able to use Kaguya's will materialization technique?

He was able to bind naruto and the five kages with it.

Is it natural to posses this ability in Ootosuki clan or did the fruit (absorbed kinishi) helped him gain this ability?

I think your referring to the shadow possession technique? He sort of stole Shikidai's ability which expanded the Jutsu.

It looked like a will thing at first. I know he chucked some will rods into naruto.

Yeah I looked back, it was definitely Shikidai's ability. I'm not sure how he learned how to do that because he only absorbed Shikamaru's, but I'm sort of stupid for just realizing that once he has the element/Yin-Yang manipulation ability, he can pretty much bend it to his will.

After those scientist bastards threw Ninjutsu at him, he absorbed it all and sent it back. Sasuke left Naruto's side (who was with the Gokage) and he saved Boruto. Momoshiki appeared near the Gokage and stopped them with the expanding shadow technique, Naruto was forcing himself out but Momoshiki put black rods in his body and then he fell.

There was just another Shinju Tree.

He was, he's able to use any element once he absorbs it. This goes as far as: If he absorbed earth and water, he should be able to use KKG of their natures mixed (Like Wood).

Momoshiki can spam x amount any jutsu that he absorbed as long as he have those pill to recharge him..lol black rod were to prevent naruto from escaping an molding charka.. <.<

he even had Rassenga... red powered up version when he suck it up from Boruto...
