Ok so in the recent The Flash episode, The Flash fights a guy who can use Sand and in order to defeat him, what he does is he throws a lightning bolt at him and the Sand guy turns to glass and dies or becomes unconscious.(Idk)

Can Enel defeat Crocodile like that?

Yes Ace as well, hot enough heat turns sand to glass. Side note, in the episode Jay says he isn't sand fyi.

If we talk about eariler,still Enel wins i think since sand cannot affect lightning and lightning can melt a Island(Enel's lightning).
In this case Enel>Croco.

But Crocodile didn't need to absorb water to survive.Also he can manipulate sand or earth around him.
