Kakashi doesnt interest in training anyone
Hiruzen knows everything but all of his students learn something else, that say something...
Minato character is very good to help you
Tsunade...Sakura is the bad example...
Hashirama character is same as Minato but his unique ability cant be taught.
Tobirama character is same as Kakashi.

So in the end i like Minato, cause he is not only smart but will put his effort in teaching me. I may get the best out of him.
