We Naruto's chakra arms are different even from the Juubi jin. At his strongest with all the bijuu Naruto's chakra arms could somewhat content with Kaguya, but I am not so sure now with Naruto only using the Kyuubi.

Naruto that fought Kaguya had both Kurama's working within him as well as the other 8 bijuu chakras active within him:| Currently the only chakra actively working within Naruto is the Kyuubi
Not saying that Naruto can't gather the bijuu again, but as far as the power of his chakra Naruto is inferior to his teen RSM self that fought Kaguya who had all the bijuu active within him.

Do you think normal Rasenshuriken with Six Path power only and without Son Goku power can do same thing? I Demand your answer with no BS. Even Juubi TBB(Six Path Senjutsu chakra originator) couldnt bust the barrier.
