1. Yata is invincible, thus all of Minato's attacks are repelled, thus Itachi wins after the BM time limit runs out.

2. Yata is more durable than the Susanoo that wields it, thus Minato's attacks are still repelled since he doesn't have an attack that would outright obliterate the entirety of Itachi's Susanoo. Thus Itachi wins after the BM time limit runs out.

3. Yata can't take a Flash Bijuu Dama, thus more than one=Itachi's quick death. His PS won't be as strong as Sasuke's, thus Kurama would win in CQC. Then there's the fact that he can teleport.
