It would largely obstruct the view of his opponents while simultaneously creating fires all over the battle field that his opponent can't go near.

It would also allow him to be in control of any of the opponents non-physical attacks that come in contact with the fire.

Example: the super gale jet black arrow combo he did with naruto; the fire overtook it and he was able to control his flames from a distance. Any similar attack that passes through his flames would be under his control since the flames would overtake it.

Its possible but it will not benefit him much.Covering whole PS will exhaust him badly and on top of that after deactivation of PS,Amaterasu will catch him too.

Although Too many shinobis already countered and tanked amaterasu at point blank range.It is not a effective jutsu in a combat.
It may be useful jutsu for cooking or camping purposes

If you're implying That Sasuke can't do that, do the world a favor and slap yourself.

Also Black Flames won't harm Sasuke since he has Kagutsushi.

And Point blank Amaterasu cost ay his arm.
