The two frogs need to synchronize melodies and it should be long enough for a jinton beam to hit them shouldn't it?

Full intel and a wide open field means the kages are going to try to take out Jiraiya quickly before Frog Song becomes a factor. Which means Muu lightening Raikage and the Raikage carving Jiraiya apart with Nukite before the other Sannin can do anything/Jiraiya himself getting away is a real possibility. Even if the Sannin intervene they don't have anything that the Raikage (much less a lightened one) can't dodge or bulldoze through.

On the off chance that the Raikage is unsuccessful in reaching Jiraiya, Gengetsu could just set up his own genjutsu with the clam and snipe one of the frogs with Water Gun.

Once Jiraiya is dead the rest of the Sannin will fall soon later. Oro's snake summons are fodder for Jinton + Nukite, and Tsunade is not getting anywhere close to Mu or damaging the Raikage. Jokey Boy blows Tsunade apart until her regeneration runs out/Jinton eradicates her/1 finger Nukite bisects her, whereas Jinton takes care of Oro's Hydra form.

Jinton is sensed and dodge. Gamabunta and Jiraiya fire Combo would murk Muu the moment they find out his location. Clam Genjutsu is irrelevant when all they have to do it be aware of where he summons the clam since it's immobile and attack that area.​

Can Jiraiya dodge it tho? Assuming it is used right off the bat Jiraiya can't probably summon Gamabuta and get him to jump in time. Even if he can, Jinton beam is fast and can be swept out a large cone as demonstrated by Onoki. It also prevents Mu from getting hit by oil flame bullet.

As for the rest of the combatants, yes you are right about the clam. What about the rest of the kage's arsenal? Mu will also help once he's done with jiraiya.

If he decides to use Jinton off the bat Jiraiya dodges neg difficulty. 60m SM Jiraiya easily dodges that. He won't need to summon Gamabunta from that distance. Can he even use Jinton the way Oonoki can/could? Sound genjutsu takes out the 3rd Raikage once he's down they ether get Manda to eat him and poof him away to the stake cave or use Kusanagi blade to end this.​
