Mei would most likely set up acid mist which would harm the Raikage if he stays in it too long. Raikage would go outside the mist's range and outlast most likely, since if she takes down the mist he will close the distance and kill her.

Mei sets up acid mist around her so when Ay aproaches he takes some of it, but, the lightining armour should block its path towards Ay's nose as well, making the acid mist a little useless.

Any other attack Mei uses is dodged and she doesn't have a 360° attack to counter a speedblitz, and she can't keep up with Ay in CQC.

So the question is can Ay blitz Mei before his body completely erodes from the acidity? Most likely not. The mist blocks his LOS and if he linearly shunshins, Mei can use mini Water Pillars to push him away similar to how Darui's Sujinheki pushed Sasuke away prolonging his exposure to the acidity of the mist.

I don't think Hidden Mist would hinder Ay much. He already operated fine in it VS Madara.
