How will that be hard for Minato to move around he can't affect Minato's speed with WB. Oonoki taking flight will be suicide and here's why.

No its not a stomp. They're both highly perceptive men and start 50m apart. Minato will spread his kunai as usual and Onoki will take flight. After that Minato will have to put in a lot of work to take Onoki down. He'll win, but not a stomp, probably mid difficulty.
