[Question] Realistically, would the gomu gomu no mi beat Tekkai?

I use the term realistically very loosely but you get what I mean.

Luffy beat Lucci mainly thanks to good guy will power. No disrespect to his efforts but that was maybe the one match that MC status let him win, via power ups and insane progression from their first encounter. If we're gonna be real here he would win either way if he used Tekkai techs.

So my question is, which one is 'inherently' stronger (for the lack of a better word)? If you give 2 people with the same level strength, and both equally skilled in the use of Gomu Gomu and all Tekkai techniques, which would win?

You mean rokushiki techniques? Tekkai is just a rokushiki ability.

considering how quickly luffy learns things without being taught..like noticeing bluenoe kicking the ground ten times. iibelieve luffy is strong for more than just circumstance, he has real skill, able to pick things apart and do them even if he doesnt realize it. unless i misread the question, which i think i mightve, i think luffy.

I don't get op's question. Rokushiki isn't a fixed power, the skill and power depends on the user. The exact same for the gomu gomu. It's not like a logia match up where you say can fire beat ice or a paramecia matchup where you say can the sword sword beat the bara bara.
Your question is like asking can santoryuu beat suna suna no mi. It depends on who is using santoryuu and who is using suna suna. Hope that helps you.

I'm not saying a rematch I'm saying if two random people with each of these abilities fought how would it play out then

That depends on how the user makes use of the Gomu Gomu no Mi. Because by going into Gear Second, Luffy defeated Blueno's Tekkai with a powerful Jet Bazooka.
And he used extreme level Jet Gatling against Lucci to weaken his Tekkai. I think one cannot maintain a Rokushiki ability for long. So Gatling was the best choice to defeat Lucci's Tekkai, I guess.

And among two Gomu Gomu no Mi users with same strength and equally skilled and all Rokushiki abilities then that would be a tie. It would be like fighting his own mirror image. If their way of using Gomu Gomu no Mi's abilities are different then it depends who is smarter.

No one seemed to understand this question. The OP said if 2 people of equal level fought and 1 had Roukishi techs and the other had the GGnM who would win.

I think the GGnM. Luffy learned about skywalk from watching Blueno, his body is immune to strikes which is better than tekkai, Shigan seems to be all about speed and G2 can enable that, Gear 2 replicates soru, Kami-e is kind of useless with tekkai and GGnM is still a better defense. All roukishi techs have over GGnM are Rankyaku and rokuogan
