2 things:

JJ Obito cannot use Kamui by his own admission. So he wouldn't be able to Kamui anything
DMS Kakashi's ninjutsu also possesses senjutsu otherwise he wouldn't have been able to effect Kaguya, so Obito cannot negate his attacks.

1. No, Obito can't send body parts into dimension. that's different then warping your whole body into dimension. It's Obito's world, he controls it. So speculating that he can't use his right eye doesn't work here:

2. Kakashi was nowhere stated to have senjustu anywhere. Rikudou chakra is not Rikudou senjustu.
Kakashi was able to even warp a gudodama into dimensions, and gudodamas have the ability to erase ninjustus.
Ninjustus don't work on kaguya because she can either erase them or absorb them. They're is no possible way of erasing or absorbing a black hole into another dimension.

This is the power of kamui+juubi against kamui. Kakashi sending Obito into dimensions with kamui shurikens, is only going to send him into his own dimension unharmed. He can't rip/distort his body with kamui the same way you can't distort Kakashi's body when he is being sent into kamui dimensions.
