Who would win? I think Naruto. Madara hasn't shown anything that Naruto can't tank. Naruto beat Madara's Limbo with his Shadow Clones and Limbo is stated to have all the abilities of the original. It was only a taijutsu fight but Naruto's clones won. Why is that? Because his taijutsu, speed and reflexes are beyond Madara's. Before someone says IT, Madara has to raise the Shinju before he can use IT. Naruto isn't going to just let him do that. He can just blitz Madara with Kokuo's steam release and use TSBFRS to blow the Shinju up. Also before anyone says Naruto can't blitz Madara. Naruto blitzed the original carrier of chakra. And anyone who thinks Madara is faster than Kaguya is just an overly biased fanboy who can't accept that, "their fav got soloed."

That's not how the Shinju works. It's a seperate Entity (Kaguya) so if it's separated from Madara, he can no longer use it.
