Jiraiya and elders choose Tsunade as Hokage

Im pretty sure why jiraiya refuse the position however if Tsunade is fodder woman why not kakashi or gai at the first place. Kakashi is sharingan and kamui since kid and gai have 7 gate. Danzo isnt weak either but why Tsunade the medic.. she has shit low screen time as hokage until the end of series.

I think the decision was more about intelligence and influence rather than physical power. Konoha's strongest (like Kakashi and Gai) are already there to fight regardless of rank. Tsunade knew how to lead and organize a village of fighters like them though, and I think her being an accomplished Sannin was also used to help give people a sense of security after Hiruzen died.

Dude! Only 3-year time skip, Gai and Kakashi is still the same in part 1 and 2.

OK. :| But during the time, Konoha was left devastated after the Sound/Suna Attack and lost their Hokage. They were desperate and betted on Jiraiya to deliver. Otherwise, they would have gone with someone else like Kakashi.

Sannin suppose to be legendary three ninja right but entire series she potrait as fodder.. madara more diserve legendary than her.. i still dont see how neopotism is counted to be hokage. Did hokage suppose the strongest and most respected in village, she is drunk gambler and weak yet selected.

Gai has only power but lack in many thing.
Danzo is just selfish and pure evil. Even his heart is absolute for the village but he is also the one who cause all of those trouble (the one who actually created nagato and itachi and sasuke indirectly)

Give me a hokage and I'll explain all of the nepotism that helped get them that position. She's the support/distraction Sannin. Nothing compared to Oro or Jiraiya.
