Hi all. This is a calc I made on another site, I am kinda familiar with calcs and all and I would like to contribute sort of. Note: This was done quickly when I was sort of tired and on a notepad so if there are any errors, I apologise in advance and would appreciate it if someone could fix my mistakes.
I guess we'll get into it then...
First off, I am calculating the speed at which this technique expands as this can be quite deadly if directed towards an opponent instead of slashing (In the same fashion he tried to hit Naruto with it). So, when he performs the technique, he holds his arm up and creates a kind of blade. This blade expands within a span of 1-4 seconds (I'll be making a calc for both 1 second and 4 seconds however I do feel 4 seconds is low balling how quick it expanded).
The average diameter of the moon is roughly 3475km. Toneri was flying a bit above the moon and his blade was potruding the surface of the moon while he was cutting it, meaning the blade is slightly longer than 3475km. This doesn't matter as we will calc it as if it were 3475km long.
If the blade were to expand in 1 second. That would make the speed of the technique 3475km/s I.e 12 510 000km/h which is around Mach 10 130+. That is some crazy ass speed. If you point that at someone, they ain't getting back up unless they got the power and speed to either dodge it or deflect it.
If the blade were to expand in 4 seconds. That would still make the speed of this tech 868.75km/s I.e 3 127 500km/h which is around Mach 2530+. That is still some crazy ass speed. This is still waaaay waaaay beyong High-Hypersonic speed. It would be a massive feat in itself to be able to dodge this technique.
TL;DR: Toneri's Golden Wheel Reincarnation Explosion is an immensely fast technique (in regards to its expansion) and clocks in at the range of Mach 2530+ (low ballin IMO) - Mach 10 130+.
