But regardless of that, he still couldn't have fired his strongest attack prior to Sasuke, because it took more than a few seconds, almost as long (if not longer) as it took Sasuke to absorb the bijuus' chakra. So Naruto absolutely wouldn't have made the 3 faced Avatar earlier than BijuuPS. The best would be as quick as Sasuke's BijuuPS creation.

Naruto wouldn't have played a solely defensive game. Thus, instead of escalating with Sasuke,
he might have escalated to try to destroy Sasuke.
That wouldn't add anything to Naruto's advantage. Because Naruto was playing a defensive game against Sasuke, who was also just driving Naruto to get full powered. Neither of them was serious at that point, and that's why Sasuke didn't absorb the bijuus' chakra then.
If Naruto went on the offensive and escalated to destroy Sasuke by going max, Sasuke would also do the same and would've gone full power quicker. So the result would be the same as what happened in VOTE 2, just fast paced and quickly occurred. Oh yeah, and more intense.
As a result, Naruto could've made the Kurama beast
clones before Sasuke even summoned the bijuu to create the bijuu avatar, causing too much
pressure for Sasuke to break away to summon the bijuu. Naruto ends up creating a clone to absorb
all that nature energy, and blows Sasuke to smithereens since Sasuke doesn't get the chance to create
the bijuu avatar.
That wouldn't happen. The best case for Naruto would be Sasuke taking equal time to go BijuuPS as Naruto went 3 faced Avatar. Anything more favoring for Naruto is equal to being biased.
Naruto would high-extreme high diff Sasuke if he were to want to actually kill Sasuke. Naruto wins
but ends up exhausted,

in almost the same state that Hashirama was after killing Madara. He keeps
his arm and can stand and walk out of the battle though right after, albeit very shakily.
The difference is,
Naruto = Sasuke
Hashirama > Madara
So comparing Naruto vs Sasuke to Hashi vs Madz is flawed.

That doesnt explain anything & I explained myself. Naruto gets hesitant when he doesn't want to fight. We've seen it happen ample times.
He is hesitant to fight, but he is never shy in using his power
when compelled. The end result would be the same, but with more intensity and quick escalation.
