Kido takes it. It would take shino's bugs too long to eat through the webs. He gets impaled quickly
Joke. Kidomaru's chakra would be drained. Considering the distance and lack of intel, Shino is the clear victor.
Kidomaru wins. High diff.
60 feet? You're delusional. What makes you think Shino's bugs are faster than the webs that are instantly spit at him?
He doesn't have the agility, nor evasion skills to avoid them.
Omg. Shino is an expert in fighting long ranged fighters, we've witnessed this in all his fights and he's said it himself. So, while both parties lack Intel, Shino already has an advantage/strategy to defeating Kidomaru's, as his style isn't hard to determine simply from his appearance alone. You're reasoning for Kidomaru's victory is too simpleminded.
First, the webs themselves are charka, which would be countered, as Shino possesses insect shielding, similar to Garra's sand shield. It's used to deflect physical damage, however in this case, the bugs would eat away at the web as they make contact with Shino.
In the past, Shino uses the strategy of using himself as decoy, in order for the insects to intervene and eat away at the opponent. Kidomaru being a long ranged fight, would focus more the the known target (Shino), leaving an opening for the bugs to attack. This has worked everytime and would most likely be the case here.
The ONLY threats Kidomau has worth mentioning are: giant spider summoning, Arrows and CM enhancements. However, there's plausible arguments for these as well.
Shino literally gets wrapped in webs and while his bugs are trying to eat away the webs he catches an arrow to the dome. Of which he has no counter. Not only that, but if his bugs attack kidomaru and absorb the chakra in his gold armor, that's all they get. they aren't getting through the armor until they have feats of going through metal.
They don't have to eat away at the webs entirely, they simply weaken the webs for Shino himself to break them. If anything, to fasten the process, all they have to do is focus on one section, so Shino could escape immediately.
Kidomaru's standard arrows are only effective once an opponent is immobilized, otherwise they're dodged. They reason his first offensive are webs. In CM2, only are the arrows speed incapable of dodging. Secondly, insect clones are effective in this case.
Golden armor eliminates Kidomaru's offensives. Regardless, chakra drainage would force him to attack.
Once the bugs are on Kidomaru, the fight is over.
looooooooooooooool prepare to feel the salt in T minus 3 seconds.
He's getting entirely wrapped in a cocoon. His bugs will not free him fast enough for him to avoid the arrow.

Even if that was true, Shino's not very strong. They'd have to almost entirely eat the web for him to escap
(And he isn't escaping from the cocoon)
Kidomaru's arrows are effective against any type of mobile target. In fact, We've only really seen them used against Neji whilst he struggled to try and run away.
Kidomaru's arrows can be moved and controlled by him, it's funny how baseless and just plain incorrect your comment was.

EVEN if he couldn't which i've clearly showed he can- Shino isn't getting out of the web before it's fired.
Gold armor does nothing to eliminate offensives, you clearly just made that up.
If the bugs get close to Kido(which they never even will), he can see them, as with his third eye in CM2, he can see chakra.

Kidomaru can take more times than not imo, but Dk you're underestimating Shino (while Blaze is overestimating him), he literally has MYRAIDS of chakra eating insects at his disposal, it'd take less than a second for them to chew through the webs, not that the webbing would even touch him tbh because of how vast, and fast the insects are. The only thing Shino cannot counter is arrows.
Shino relies on feints, rather than actually defensives, and his bugs can only do so much. That is why Kidomaru beats him. 8:2 is the ratio tbh. Shino can win depending on the Location/Stipulations, but if they aren't in his favor, he isn't winning shit.
Shino is a damn human army if you think about it! The dude is hosting (I can't even say miniature anymore after this) a damn army in his body! Check this out homie:

Countless - A great number - Ten Thousand+.. IN ONE CLONE. With this sheer knowledge, Shino has literally become one of the most OP K11 characters to date! Shino not only hosts the Kikaichū, but as well the Kidaichū, just knowing he has the potential to host over ten thousand insects in his body.. Something like this at his control, but bigger:

Honestly it has you wondering, does Neji really stand a chance here? Against a savage like Shino!
Previously established, Shino has ten thousand+ insects at his disposable. All of which obey his every command, that great, and all, but what I want to show you is how monstrous the Kikaichū really are! Beetles are omnivores meaning they eat both plants, and meat, Shino's are the same, capable of eating through his flesh to break the surface, and probably would eat plants if offered. However, their main source of nutrition is chakra.
Establishing that they well, eat (lmao) I want to show you this clip, of about two hundred - three hundred ants devouring a Gecko, in several hours (at around the 17th - 18th hour mark they were at already breaking bone). Now, apply that to Shino's scenario:
Shino deploys 10,000+ Kikaichū, they feed on Kidomaru, and his chakra. I wonder how many minutes (hell even seconds) it would take till Kidomaru was completely depleted? Think about it fam! Not long, at all.
How exactly was I overestimating him. I've simply stated he countered webs, uses them and/or arrows as a leech to Kidomaru. Also, his previous experience with ranged fighters such as Kidomaru point him in an overall advantage.
The only major issue Kidomaru would possess is his giant spider summoning. However, the location would have result as a different outcome then against Neji.
Lastly, unlike Neji, Shino uses clones to avoid arrows of need be. For me to overestimate Shino over a character I favor is unlikely.
The fight would be over before Shino could do a think, that's the problem here! Shino uses feints, feints won't help here, due to Kidomaru's pinpoint accuracy, and capability to see a person's chakra signature. His aim is always accurate, and true, it's impossible for him to lose his target, one notch of the bow, and Shino would be dead.
The bugs would only be able to feed off Kidomaru's guidance strings if he tries to extend the range an extra 50+ meters + stability (his normal range is 100 meters), his normal arrows don't need such, even then he'd be able to simply sever the cord. Shino is outmatched here. The large spider actually isn't a problem, seeing as Shino's insects > her. It's the arrows.
The arrows have only been precise of stationary opponents, which is what he depends on. True, the string is dependent on the distance necessary. However, there's no certainty of how effective the arrows would be on a mobile oppeont. There speed depiction has been one-sided.
If we're jumping the gun, referring strictly to fully transformed Kidomaru, that's completely different. However, given the lack of Intel, I wouldn't see him resorting to such desperate measures immediately. This isn't simply an argument to compare abilities, but how a fight would play out.
So, it's not the female spider that'll be the issue, but rather her eggs.
