Well you can look at it this way.

White Zetsu clones use Mayfly to plant Deidara C2 mines. None of the girls are sensors so they might step on them.
Kakuzu can send his threads underground then make his arms (attached to threads) come back aboveground and grab Tsunade's ankle, immobilizing her and leaving them open to Raiton: Gian.
Kakuzu's katon overpowers Temari's fuuton.
Konan gets her paper burned by Kakuzu's katon, or Sasori's flamethrowers.

I think they would see him doing that. So Tsunade would summon Katsuyu who would tank the damage.

Tsunade has been shown to escape things that strangle her, as shown when Orochimaru wrapped his tongue around her neck and she overcame it. I'm sure Orochimaru's tongue has better strangling than Kakuzu's threads. Also Raiton is weak to Temari's fuuton if he ever uses it.

Mei has Suiton to block his Kato, if he ever fires it to repel Temari's fuuton.

Like I said, Mei will use Suiton to defend against any Katon. Or Tsunade can tank it.

Deidara won't be a problem either.

Dude was making a joke of Minato/Kakashi, albeit with them not aiming to kill. If provided an opening, which is sure to arise in the battle, he's going to be possessing one of the ladies. That's just game over right there.
