Anyways, Cali mentioned in the lottery thread that it was permission to take the test not the actual MS itself. I don't think they would allow winning a MS anymore. Considering the abuse of members over the years, it's a wise choice.

I was a sensei on a few different occasion's I if I recall right only one person has ever "passed" against me out of 9, tests I had conducted. Never proctored a MS test though, but most fights I proctored were Minato and A, Raikage tests, with a couple Muu and Oonoki tests.
