kaguya arc was the Only time when naruto used RSM + 9 bijuu chakra.

At VOTE 2, Naruto just used RSM and kyuubi's chakra.he didn't use any of other 8 bijuu's chakra.

Although you are right that naruto is stronger than sasuke.

Taming all nine bijuus was sharingan job and not rinnegan. Sausage's Rinnegan was different than normal rinnegan. Fact.
