Naruto and Sasuke have always been portrayed as equals.

SM = MS

BM = EMS

RSM = Rinnegan

We all know RSM is all tailed beasts chakra together along with sm. Naruto can call on all of the tailed beasts chakra at any point being their meeting place. People who state he can use it without all tailed beasts must have a lack of brain cells as madara needed the jubi (all tailed beasts)(Rikudo chakra is all the beasts chakra, as it came from the jubi.)

So the fact that RSM Naruto is suppose to equal rinnegan sasuke than why did he too need all of the tailed beasts? Simple, Naruto is >>>>>>>>> Sasuke.

No, he did use it. Like I said, he can call on all of the beasts chakra at any time, doesn't mean he has to use there moves, but he has to have their chakra to enter RSM.

You are using opinions yourself. All I saw Naruto receive was all the biju and hago grant him as the meeting place. The only difference between Naruto and ashuras rsm and opposed to madara obito and hago is they use all nine biju instead of the jubi.

and in the manga. The moment Naruto came to save Gai, he had RSM activated. The 9 bijuu are used
to create the bright cloak, which is an enhanced RSM. The manga actually directly portrays how bijuu
chakra being used created the bijuu cloak, and didn't create the RSM.

Just because Madara, who did not have rikudo senjutsu, needed the Juubi doesn't mean that Naruto, who has
Rikudo senjutsu, needs bijuu chakra for RSM. So I guess by people without brain cells, you meant people
that actually understand the manga and databook and aren't both illiterate, presumptuous, and aggressive
then yes, agreed that people without brains think that RSM doesn't need bijuu chakra.

Through out part 1 they weren't equals and same goes for most of part 2. The only time they were close to being equals was at Vote 2 when they both had Bijuu/Sage power ups.

No, rsm is obtained from all the biju or jubi as seen with madara, obito, hago, etc. The gift from hago was making Naruto their meeting place (giving him rsm)

It also seems to have a bunch of philosophical stuff about the Sage of Six Paths which is hard to make out because I can only read about half of it.

DB gives an explanation of madara and obito's forms which are different from naruto's

Kekkei Genkai/Ninjutsu used by Obito and Madara. Taking the ten bodies of the tailed beasts into oneself, becoming a Jinchūriki and gaining their power. It goes on to say that it's difficult to control the tailed beasts and that this can cause the user to have a psychological collapse, and needs to either have a suitably strong force of will, either inherently or by finding one, in order to gain control. If they do that, they'll obtain the terrifying/astounding power of a "god that shapes the land."
