yeah a half Blind Sasuke who fought against kages and Danzo[with few help from zetsu and karin] was able to match naruto's rasengan both were sent flying

If you take Current Naruto and Sasuke (as in their Adult forms) and remove Bijuu and Dojutsu completely, along with Sage Mode, Sasuke obviously bitch slaps Naruto since he was physically keeping up with RSM Naruto. Speed and strength wise. The only thing that'd differ is his combat and reaction speed due to the loss of Sharingan, and maybe his physical abilities a bit due to the loss of the powerful chakra Rinnegan grants him. (still has Rikudo's chakra so it doesn't even matter much) But it'd still be far above Naruto's in Base.

Sasuke never physically kept up with RSM Naruto in the war. In fact he was outright shown to be physically inferior. The only time that Sasuke matched RSM Naruto's speed (shunshin and running) and strength is during the Boruto Movie. As Adults.

He was keeping up with Madara just as fine as Naruto did.
But even if Sasuke was, he wasn't that much inferior to cloaked Naruto since in base both were equal during vote2. And if Sasuke wasn't that much inferior to cloaked Naruto he would have outright stomped base Naruto
