Vine Glitch problem

This is irrelevant to NB but does anyone else have a problem on Vine, where you can't follow, post, like, or revine? Does anyone know how to fix it?

IDK. I don't have a Vine...... but naturally maintenance is run through them. You could email them through Custom Support or whatever and they can help you.
