I not denying that kakashi had his powers upgraded by sage chakra. PS was the very first technique he used don't act as if he used any technique prior to that.

PS can be mastered with MS if you have Hashirama cells,Rikudo chakra or Kyuubi chakra.
Otherwise you wont be able cause your chakra quality is too low and you'll become blind.
Itachi can't even summon legged Susanoo.
Against Kabuto,Itachi didn't summon legged Susanoo but why?Even if Madara showed Susanoo with legs...

I honestly believe that if any of the Uchiha had went blind and manage to survive throughout the years training and honing in on their other senses then it could have been possible for them to activate a PS. The problem is, the manga didn't go that route so we don't know if a MS user could manifest a PS. All we've seen is them go V3 at most.

So just based on what I've stated, then i would have to say that a MS user can't manifest a PS because it is never shown.

Indra was the only exception because he is a direct descendant of Hogoromo.

Technically he's only an exception due to being the first sharingan weilder. Which is dooe considering he was literally blessed with juubi traits(sharingan tomoes) that even hagoromo was a lil surprised by considering he got the juubi's dominant eye trait(ripples/rinnegan).

Your understanding of Madara's words is completely wrong. Having both eyes together unleashes the full power (extent) of that dojutsu. This means that the specific MS jutsu can be utilized to its full potential with both eyes. In addition to that, having both eyes can unlock Susanoo as well, not PS though (unless you have Rikodou chakra).

The chakra you possess plays a very important role in determining the power or progression of Susanoo. Better chakra can unleash the same power with a lesser dojutsu as a higher dojutsu with inferior chakra.

MS + Uchiha chakra = Half V4 Susanoo
EMS + Uchiha chakra = Perfect Susanoo
MS + Rikodou chakra = Perfect Susanoo
EMS + Rikodou chakra = Ultimate Susanoo (so called "BijuuPS")

I believe his concept is correct.

I know Madara's chakra is stronger but it's not larger. My concept is that one needs a large chakra pool but also a strong chakra pool.. I do believe Hashirama could, but I have no doubt if a Sasuke/Madara Jin could.. They would have the strong chakra and large chakra pool to obtain PS.

PS is just the mastery of using Susano'o. Without EMS no one can really get enough experience using Susano'o to be able to master it to the level necessary to manifest PS.
