There's almost no doubt it'd be stronger. Especially if we consider that MS Itachi's Susanoo was > MS Sasuke's.

Susanoo in the games aren't that bad Itachi was really nerfed after Generation that awakening was on another level open the reach,damage, tilt cancel was OP as hell but they improved his combo's in S3 but nerf his awakening , Well EMS Sasuke Susanoo was improved from the crap he had in generation you subbed twice and still get hit lol.

Itachi awakening was op as hell it saved me acouple of times from top tier characters and players but MS Sasuke combo's were very brutal but his awakening hits were very slow. Shisui susanoo it's ok i haven't mastered his susanoo yet but i've seen people who have.

It's just not canon. It has no actual place in the Naruto story. It's fanservice, made specifically for the game, and shouldn't be treated like it's a thing that Itachi and Shisui actually canonically possess, unless hypothetically.

If Kishimoto draws Kakashi like a Mage, it doesn't mean he is one.

If Kishimoto draws a PS for Itachi for a videogame, it doesn't mean he is the strongest of the Manga, it just means that the fan service is real.
