I think only legitimate Uchiha's can break Itachi's Genjutsu. Kakashi couldn't break it because he's not an Uchiha.

The condition on 3tomoe sharingan feats are contradictory. The jins need Uchiha blood to break Tsukuyomi with 3Tomoe. Which they don't have here. Either is liable to get caught by Tsukuyomi. Itachi solos tbh
