Manga is clearly proved that naruto was holding back.Sasuke's words also proved that naruto was holding back against sasuke. :hs:

I wonder how sasuke fans can write that naruto wasn't holding back in VOTE 2.:wut:

Even in the Last Fight just before the VOTE 2, Naruto was looking far superior than sasuke.
Naruto was not only fighting against kaguya but naruto was saving Sasuke's ass countless times. :sigar:

Naruto was beating the shit out of kaguya while sasuke was getting fodderized by kaguya.On top of that sasuke didn't even land a SINGLE hit on Kaguya.That alone gives enough proof to see who is superior than whom.

IF Sasuke hadn't use 9 bijuus then sasuke wouldn't even be able to stand against naruto more than 2 minutes.

Naruto didnt use any of his powerful jutsus which naruto used against Kaguya While Sasuke used every bit of his power as well as bijuu's powers.

If Naruto and Sasuke were equal then sasuke wouldn't have to use 9 Bijuus to fight on par against Half Kyuubi Naruto temporarily.

If Naruto was not holding back then why didn't naruto use 3 Headed Kurama avatar against sasuke in the beginning of the fight?
3 headed kurama avatar would wreck sasuke's PS.It would end the battle instantly. :sigar:

As soon as Indra's Arrow and the Rasenshuriken showed up, they were both going all out. Sasuke was just putting on too much pressure and Naruto couldn't hold back against his enemy when he wasn't doing the same. From there, it was just dirty tactics and perseverance, since both had expended most of their chakra.

That rasenshurikens weren't the strongest jutsu of naruto so naruto was not going all out.

Naruto objective was to resolve the issue without killing sasuke while sasuke's objective was to kill naruto no matter what.

Naruto really didn't have much to offer to the VOTE 2 fight, he was heavily limited

He only used 2 Rasenshuriken variants, one rasengan and ashura-kurama clones and defensive tsb.

Whereas Sasuke was pulling new feats and harnessing major power levels. High displays of lightning and chakra control, Susanoo skills and much more.

Naruto would not be able to incapacitate Sasuke while he's holding back and Sasuke isn't. Plain and simple. It isn't that easy to kill someone when they're of a similar level, especially when both parties are stronger than a majority of the people that exist in their universe. I doubt Naruto can kill Sasuke even with full-strength for a couple of reasons:

1. Naruto would never try and kill Sasuke.
2. You speak as though Sasuke has no defense against Naruto's attacks. It doesn't take much effort to Body Flicker or teleport away from a Rasenshuriken or Rasengan. And when Naruto uses Bijuudama or something of the like, Sasuke has Perfect Susano'o.

Naruto's strongest technique is 9 Bijuu RS which dwarfed the sky of kaguya's dimension.
His 2nd strongest technique is 6 TSBRS.

IMO, RSM Naruto with 9 bijuu's chakra is stronger than sasuke.I am not saying that their difference is too big or something like that.

Good thread. Yes Naruto did hold back for Sasuke to save his own ass. If he was going all out he would have used the Tailed Beast RS that he used on Kaguya, on Sasuke. He clearly lost VOTE 2 and people still can't understand that simple logic. Sasuke had everything going for him in that fight. By using 8.5 Bijuus and still losing to Naruto means that he lost.
