Kakuzu was weakened already killed twice and after kakashi's and others painfully trying yo figure out his abilities naruto swoops in and screams RASENSHURIKEN.
To me the only one on one fight naruto has won is vs toneri. I'd say pain but pain already fought most konoha shinobi and destroyed the village, losing his key ability which was tendo pain
