The problem is she won't land a hit on most of these characters. So why say Sakura is > than these characters because she can solo them with a direct hit, when she won't land that hit to begin with? :lol Makes no sense. Same concept with Hima.

Sarada has feats that would let her dodge that straightforward attack in the manga and movie (if she even gets the chance to attempt it). Hima has none.

Honestly I get your point its just that Himawari's fighting style is not nearly as one dimensional as Sakura's. Infact the character that follows her fighting style is Sarada. Now we are not sure rather Himawari can do more moves than one. She could possibly know more in the future. So its not right to speculate what would actually happen in a verse scenerio. Unless we get more scans of Himawari fight.

Based on potiential though Himawari has the edge.

She is apparently stronger than Shinki. Or at least Suna thought more of her for the chunin exams and she was called Suna's hope. She was expected to make the final. She apparently uses ninja tools, but we don't know how she fights. I hope Kishi will at least release some more notes on some of these chunin exam characters. He had to have more notes on their development. They are woefully underdeveloped right now.

My point is it does not matter who has the sharingan. If the wielder is unskillful they will lose the battle either with or without the sharingan. The sharingan by itself cannot be considered a powerful tool. Things need to work around it to make it as useful.

Sharingan is the strongest kekkei genkai no doubt. And by sakura's power, I meant her physical strength. Uchihas usually don't use taijutsu too much ,but sarada does.
