I give this to Beerus. Even in Super Saiyan God form Beerus was barely warmed up. SSJ4 Goku may not be on the level of God form.

SS4 Goku is 10* stronger than SS3 Goku. Beerus at 1% power trashed SS3 Goku, so Beerus at 10% should beat SS4 Goku just as easily.

SS4 Gogeta couldn't beat shinron so i doubt SS4 Goku can beat Beerus. If SS4 Goku couldn't take shinron then can you please explain to me how SS4 Goku is suppose to beat Beerus. The power difference between Shinron & Beerus are not even comparable. So that's why i say that SS4 Goku would get destroyed by Beerus.

Honestly the main proof is that you can feel goku's ki at SSJ4. When you enter God mode you don't sense the ki unless you are another god yourself. SSJ4 Gogeta had the same feat with no power being sensed but its also hard to tell if you couldn't sense Gogetas power or not. When he finally fuses it seems like everyone can sense his power but at the same time it could just be a sense of relief for them knowing that they can live after all. Also Omega Shenron would probably fear Beerus as well if he had the memories of shenron.

Lol wtf? SSJ4 Gogeta was literally playing with Omega Shenron, the strength difference was HUGE.

But I'm pretty sure the Goku who is fighting Beerus is not the one at EoZ who was as strong as SSj3 in Base. By this, and then re-using the multipliers for SSj4, he's marginally stronger then Beerus. And btw, 10x boost is not necessarily true, not everyone will accept a random multiplier like that.
