Yes it is exactly as I wrote it in the title of the thread, apparently in the teaser for the next episode ... Tsunade dreams about Naruto Uzumaki specifically and not about herself with her own respective dreams.

Tsunade dreamed about Dan, Nawaki, Jiraiya and Oro all being alive and together. Dan was Hokage I think.

If u realize something , in the end of each dream heaven happens , TenTen became a hero, Killer bee Saved the princess and reunited the jinchuurikis , Yamato became leader of Team 7 , and now Karin saw that smile again(Sasuke)
