Base Hokage Naruto.

Any different from shippuuden base naruto ? The only difference I've seen so far from the last and gaiden is being able to make rasenshuriken.with one hand now and going.into sage mode quicker. Other than that he seems to be same.old naruto. Am I wrong ?

Much more devastating taijutsu, being able to pull out very large rasengans (i wonder how big they may become with sm) i think it's safe to say in base he's a medium to high hokage level.

Possibly faster Shunsin. Naturally greater strength/speed due to being fully-grown (and, being an Uzumaki, a large part of his power comes from his "bodily" strength). I wouldn't be surprised if his base chakra was much higher, which would translate to absorbing more Natural Energy in Sage Mode. Obviously, in the end, this power increase in negligible, since he can balance Kurama-level amounts of Natural Energy in BSM/RSM.

To me, it's not so much the one-handed Rasenshuriken, but rather the level of control over them he has. Naruto's Rasenshuriken feats in The Last are incredible. He also can hold Rasengan for prolonged periods of time to deflect oncoming Jutsu.

Naruto also has Base Mode sensory feats, since he could sense Sarada when she spied through his office door.

Didn't think of the repelling jitsu with rasenga aspect....nice. But he hasn't shown any speed or strength feats in my opinion.

Fighting a Juubi-Jin tier character in base and not being able to land a hit doesn't say his taijutsu isn't devastating.
Especially, when in base, we're comparing Naruto to kage level tiers.

Based on Naruto's feats from the manga, movies, and novel he has made vast improvements since the war. Base Naruto is easily High Kage level.

Spoilers warning

Kakashi novel feats:
- Naruto learn how to perform hand seals with one hand. This was before he received his new arm.

The Last feats:
- Base mode Naruto can create a FRS with one hand, throw it, and control it's trajectory.
- Naruto can create any rasengan with one hand.
- Created the Rasengan blast. That's the name I have given to the new Rasengan he used at the end of the movie. It shoots out like a blast of energy, similar to how the beast ball can be shot out in a wave form.
- Created a new 9 tails seal or altered the current 9 tails seal. Naruto released the 9 tails from his body and the 9 tails can use chakra mode. This shows improvement in sealing jutsu skills.
- Overall improvement in speed, strength, taijutsu and agility.
- Partial chakra mode. This shows huge improvement in chakra/9 tails chakra control/manipulation.

Gaiden feats:
- Body flicker jutsu mastery and incredible speed.
- wind claw

Bolt Movie feats:
- swordmanship mastery (during the Bolt movie Naruto proficiently used Sasuke's sword against Momoshiki)
- Super Rasengan. The rasengan used at the end of the movie. That rasengan is the strongest base rasengan ever. It was stronger that Momoshiki strongest attack. It launched Momoshiki into space before it exploded.

Faster, stronger, more durable, capable of throwing FRS in base, capable of controlling parts of his body with the kyuubi power, and in the Gaiden he showed that he could create Kyuubi-like attacks without being in any partial/chakra mode.
