Pretty much u can only kill him if u drown him or destroy his body.

But lets say non of that happens,could he die through age? Brook's DF is pretty OP if u ask me.

He technically is; even if his body gets destroyed, there is no method in OP that could kill his soul. But he was implied to be mortal during TB given the fact that he'd have died from sun bath without his shadow that is.
