I was referring to Indra's Arrow which is Sasuke's strongest attack. I guess you perceived the wrong meaning of "individual". It was referring to a single jutsu. I was basically saying that Sasuke's Indra's Arrow is stronger than any single attack by Naruto.

False. Naruto's strongest techniques are the RS combination that he used against Indra's Arrow, it was filled with all the Natural energy above ground. Nature energy is combined with the users chakra in order to further power them up.
