The question you asked doesn't make sense, because if Adult Naruto and Adult Sasuke are stronger than Momoshiki, then there is no way Momoshiki is stronger than Juubi Madara.

No. Naruto and Sasuke were manhandling Momoshiki's strongest form with just taijutsu. Naruto never used a single TBB or Rasen-Shuriken even as a distraction and was still kinda exhausted from the extraction, while Sasuke warped a bunch of people, bringing his chakra level down severely and never went above ribcage Susano'o except for when his PS sword one-shot that lava golem.

If restricted N&S were beating Momo (not to mention him being wrecked from a love Rasengan) then Madara would mid-diff, probably. All Momo is greater than Madara in is taijutsu and his only trump card is the absorption. Once Madara figures out what the deal is, he wins without too much difficulty.

I'd say unrestricted madara would win. PS can't be absorbed so sword swing one shots. However momo would dominate in a taijutsu fight and apparently sasuke told naruto not to use shadow clones or momo will absorb and copy it therefore it could be debated if momo can absorb limbo clones.
