1. It's ethereal/spirit weapon.
2. DB says it can cut down all enemies.

Thus it either pierces Susanoo and kills Madara or it phases through Susanoo and kills Madara. Though the only issue is extension, so it'd probably have to cut away at his Susanoo bit by bit.

I should have clarified that. The restriction is for Edo Tensei's regeneration ability to repair damage, not chakra regen.

So what's the point of this thread? If Itachi has unlimited stamina and Madara can't break his Susanoo then Itachi would outlast and win. No need to discuss that.

Finding a way how EMS Madara's massive V4 can deal with a Yata armoured Susano'o.

Edo Tensei summons don't have unlimited/infinite stamina. (Ex: Hokages couldn't use their maximum chakra pool inside Shisekiyojin, Edo KCM Minato didn't have enough chakra to teleport to Naruto) So their chakra still runs out if used freehandedly. But I'm not certain at what rate Edo chakra regen fills up the summon's chakra pool again.

Exactly. We don't know the rate at which it regenerates, we just know it does and Minato teleported thousands of people so that used too much chakra at once. Itachi will never have to use that much chakra so he'll just keep regenerating what he's burning and outlast Madara. If he can't do that, Madara demolishes.

I have to mention that Minato had Yin Kurama's chakra as a support on top of ET regen filling up his base chakra. Other than that, I pretty much agree.
