Saito and his opponent stands dead center of arena mid range from each other, crowds roaring with excitement and the gods above the skies watching their every move as they battle to the death.
Saito blood began to boil with anticipation before he drew his katana from his right hip using his left hand before holding it at an angle just below his eye level before he channeled with chakra sharpening the cutting edge using shape manipulation before using both feet to push off the ground allowing him to leap forward while leaning forward and tucking both his legs allowing him to flip forward rapidly with his blade fully extended so as he lands before his opponent, they would be cut multiple times along the from of his body.

As Joel sees Saito remove his blade, he immediately enters a defensive stance, placing his right leg slightly behind his left and spreading them apart slightly as well to develop a firm stance. As Saito leaps into the air, Joel channels chakra to his right leg, and tenses the muscle. "I guess we ain't cutting corners here," Joel mumbles to himself as he kicks forward, releasing the chakra to propel the air around him. The surrounding air forms into powerful gusts of wind that overlap and converge to form a dragon-shaped tornado that crash into Saito mid-air and force him into the ground, badly injuring him if left unguarded. Joel immediately disperses the dragon once Saito has been driven into the ground.
Joel then awaits the man's next move, on guard knowing that despite being injured if he takes the attack, he could still do major damage.

This is an ultimate taijutsu technique created by the legendary taijutsu master Chen. It appears to be initiated by an upward spin kick at which point it quickly becomes like tornado. Forming into a dragon with long whiskers, it attacks the target aiming to swallow them, at which point they are cut by the razor sharp air currents inside the attack. After initiating the attack, the user appears to remain shielded within the base of the tornado as the outward surface of the dragon seems to be solid enough for a person to impact and rebound off of, making the only way to enter the technique once it has been initiated is by being swallowed. However, there is one distinct weakness to the technique. Since the Dragon God's real form (and what it basically is) is that of an ordinary tornado, though cosmetically shaped into a dragon, its attack power is based on rotation. If one enters the attack's centre (Dragon's Eye) while rotating at high speed, such as Lee's One-Man Front Lotus, it can be dispersed without inflicting damage. The technique, while seemingly similar to Wind Release, is actually just the users own physical power (through the use of the spinning kick) shaping the air into currents through movement. It is, however, enough to fight off elemental ninjutsu of the same rank and below.

He noticed a large force in the shape of a dragon was coming towards him. In reply Saito utilizes chakra flow and shape manipulation to create a lens shape barrier between him and the force closing in. As it makes impact, it repels Saito before he uses the force to aid in leaning backwards while swinging his legs up to perform a backflip allowing him to lang on his feet safely. He dashes towards the opponent in the form of a zigzag using his great agility to confuse the opponent before closing the distance between himself and Joel. At the same time Saito sheaths his blade and keep his right hand on the scabbard with the thumb pressed against the Tsuba. Saito then increases speed of the quick dash to its peak before quick drawing and slashing while passing the opponent. As Saito Sheaths his blade once again positioned behind Joel, he feels the damage of the strike as blood spray from his throat and falls to the ground.
