Can't really say anything with resoluteness about the regeneration factor, because that's a tricky question. No one can answer it straight. But something to note is that even a Senjutsu enhanced Jinton can be absorbed by Preta Path and Kaguya's absorption, so countering it isn't a problem. But in a situation where they get disintegrated by Jinton... it's a wild guess, but I think Kaguya will completely regenerate even then because she is the Juubi and it will undoubtedly form again, Madara is still a maybe, but he could be able to because he has the Juubi.

I don't believe Madara would survive though. He'd probably die and the Juubi would be what would return after a while. It's for that reason that Hagoromo decided to split the Bijuu. Since after he died, the Juubi would return and terrorize the world again.

Well, thats not true. buu or cell cannot regenerate from a strong wide range atack. In other words bijuu rasenshuriken or bijuu dama may destroy buu and cell
