2 Tomoe+CM is stated to be like 3 Tomoe. Also, MS Genjutsu was countered by 3T+CM even though that's only possible with MS. So you'r wrong here, it obviously does boost everything.

When was the bold ever stated? Also Itachi stated Tsukuyomi only needed someone with the same blood to break out of it.

Uh, no it didn't, and no he didn't. Sasuke got 3-Tomoe for reasons unrelated to his Curse Mark, and he never got blitzed by C2. He dodged C2, and then he got caught because Deidara boxed him in with landmines. Something he states and something Sasuke only realizes after almost blowing himself up.

Deidara made the strategy pretty clear. Box Sasuke in and make it so that he can't carelessly run around the battlefield, allowing him to tag Sasuke. C2 never has and never will increase in speed.

No Manga doesn't agree if Sasuke spent 3 scans praising his new pre-cog ability AFTER he got 3-T. Which is also why he was whooping Naruto had nothing to do with his up in speed if as you just said his body was the same. You're condradicting yourself my man.

2. Are you suggesting Darui can keep up with Sasuke, let alone make him spend something along the lines of a quarter - half of his chakra?
3. Kakashi's going to have to find a way of getting out of Sasuke's vision with a Clone Feint, because until then this is the real Kakashi fighting.

Not to mention he'd never CM2'd before that so the basis of your argument is off anyways, unless you're trying to say first stage CM with 3t = MS.

I'm not arguing that CM doesn't make him stronger i'm arguing that it doesn't up your pre-cog. An argument that pertains to extremely specific things anyways so there's no point in continuing it.

Don't bring C3 into this totally different chakra scheme, as this cleraly only applies to guided explosives, as he simply drops C3.
