The scan is using a hyperbole.

Repeated hyperbole since the beggining of the buu saga to the end and in also in janemba movie.
But nobody says gotenks being able to beat buu as a ssj is a hyperbole..

Make sense seeing as when they fight you can't see them exchanging blows. But yet just at that level where Goku & Beerus are not even serious an just feeling each other out just shows that Beerus , Goku & Vegeta are going to get into some raw battles with other dimension crushers.

Hopefully they have good animations for those battles.

Full power Beerus is most likely large solar system level, Whis is probably Galaxy level-Universe level. This is of course, with one attack, being able to destroy a solar system with 5000 attacks does not make you solar system level.
