Kakashi taught the two saviors, and Sakura, but Jiraiya taught Naruto, Minato, and Nagato. This is a hard one but I'll say Kakashi.

Jiraiya is the better teacher though, because he gets closer to his students and teaches them his philosophy and everything, while Kakashi neglected 2/3 of his students.

Jman easily. Who can say they taught the fourth hokage, seventh hokage and savior of the world, and a rinnegan user

Jiraiya aint i great teacher. With Nagato he let them alone. With Naruto, he took him for 3 years and nothing change, he didnt show him elemental ninjutsus and not even sennin mode. Kakasi taught him elemental jutsus and Pa the sennin mode. Bee taught him to control kyubi.

Kakashi is not a good teacher ethier, he prefer to teach Sasuke than Naruto or Sakura and thats why each member of team 7 prefer a sannin.

I think that the only great teachers were Hashirama/Tobirama and Minato.
